8 Account Closure & Restrictions

Ce999 reserves the right to restrict or close any account for any reason. However, this will only be done on fair and transparent grounds.

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Extended Inactivity (over 12 months)

8.2 Balance Refund

If ce999 closes an account on its own initiative and there is no evidence of any terms violation, your valid balance will be returned. However, any bonus balance will not be refunded.

8.3 Inactive Account Fee

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 200 may be deducted. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
